Position Summary
The Senior Designer / Art Director works closely with the extended Marketing Team to execute the global marketing plan, generating clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter and Creative Director. The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies that continues to outpace and outperform the competition (via marketing innovations that positions Embed ahead of the competition), continues to be recognised as a global thought leader, technological pioneer and undisputed #1 industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a Creative Asset audit, identify current visual identity and work strategically with the Creative Director and take the direction of the Creative Director/Producer/Copywriter to make edits/modifications/revisions required to the current collateral to support NASA, APAC and EMEA with their GTM Marketing plans (tactical, demand- gen and events).
Brand Architecture: including primary and secondary brand elements, iconography, logos, text types/font sets, colour palette, identification of zones, etc. Striking a balance between lifestyle and industry.
Brand Book: inclusive of asset deliverables (by zone), such as ppt templates, corporate assets (envelopes/letterhead), media ad templates, blog templates, social media templates, eDM templates, eNewsletter templates, banner ad templates, master brochureware, flyers/leaflets, event creative visuals, and event giveaways (from premium gift giveaways to mass trinkets).
Overall creative objective: differentiate Embed and Booking Boss from the competition, positioning the brands as market and industry thought-leaders, tech-innovators (aggrandizing the aspiration of the brands).
Responsible for designing key visuals, generating clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter and Creative Director for new campaigns & product launches, including social media, print, digital banners, eDM newsletters, website mastheads etc.
Support other departments: including but not limited to user guides, training documents, quick reference guides, presentation templates, PR.
